The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. After a day full of adventure, come home to your own space in a quiet neighborhood and relax in the private hot tub in the backyard. Kids and dogs are welcome!
This home comfortably fits six people. The master bedroom has a king bed and a spacious walk-in closet. Down the hall is another bedroom offering a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is stocked with toys for the kids. The house has a very open feeling with vaulted ceilings in the communal main room. All Carpet and tile. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
