The Home
High as a Kite is a brand new, modern beach house with views of the gulf from 2 levels, and peek-a-boo views of the bay. The reverse floor plan allows relaxation with a twin size swinging daybed, 2 hanging hammock chairs, and 4 club chairs on the screened in deck, just off the 2 King bedrooms. There is enough parking to accommodate a boat under the home, an 8x60 turf grass "dog run" that’s fully fenced in, and a hot/cold outside shower. Elevator services all floors
There are 3 Bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom 1 (Master) with a King bed, and private walk-in custom shower. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, and Bedroom 3 has a Full/Full Bunk. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV’s.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
