We hope you’ll love Baydream Believer as much as we do! Our home is a Gulf and Bay view townhome on the north end of Cape San Blas in the desirable SeaCliffs community. SeaCliffs is a private gated community that is located just outside the world famous St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park.
Baydream Believer is a 2,000+ square ft, four story home featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Each of the top three floors has its own balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard area of the U shaped community. From the fourth floor balcony you and your friends/family can enjoy inviting views of the Gulf and the St. Joseph Bay. For your convenience there is an elevator in the home to assist with transporting luggage and supplies. This home sleeps 10-11 with the new addition of a set of bunk beds. (Please note that bed 11 is a twin trundle mattress that fits under the bunk bed and all three twins...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
