The ideal farm stay NSW escape nestled on 40 acres of Hobby Farmland, surrounded by green pastures, farm animals, and wildlife (e.g., kangaroos, wombats, and kookaburras) to keep you company. All while exploring all the nearby towns including Goulburn, Canberra, and the Southern Highlands region.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The main Southern train line runs through Towrang, and trains can occasionally be heard from our property.
Tiny Towrang by Property Manager is located in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, just an hour drive from Canberra. Nearby the regional city of Goulburn, The Big Merino, and Belmore Park. A lovely tiny house of around 139 square feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

Our local recommendations: - Samran Thai Restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine known for its rich flavor and large servings. - Belmore Park is a landscaped area with shade trees, a playground, restrooms, and nearby eateries. - Cascade Restaurant & Bar offers the best meals, including pasta, burgers, pizza, and drinks, as well as service in Goulburn. - Diggers By Park is a go-to restaurant for travelers looking for typical club meals with a few vegetarian options and reasonable prices. - Hidden Valley Farm is a family-owned farm that produces organically grown olive trees, French Oaks, French Perigord Black Truffle, and more. - The Big Merino is a 15.2 meters tall concrete merino ram that tourists often visit for photos, along with a gift shop on the ground floor and a wool display on the second.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
