You can visit the Kerang Lakes neighbourhood which offers a unique blend of natural beauty, outdoor adventure, and cultural experiences. It is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the beauty and tranquillity of rural Australia. Our local recommendations: - Pioneer Settlement is Australia's first open-air museum, showcasing life on the Murray in the 1830s-1930s. - The Kerang War Memorial and Kerang Museum are two sites that showcase the city's culture and history. - Swan Hill is a city in the northwest of Victoria that offers a variety of eateries, including Niko Niko, Java Spice, The MIRA, Boo's Place, Peachy's Bar, Jilarty for dessert, and One28 Doors-brunch. - The Kerang Lakes system has over 30 lakes, including Lake Charm, Kangaroo Lake, and Reedy Lake. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- CONDITIONS OF STAY:
- SHARED AMENITIES AND RECREATION EQUIPMENT
- Charm Lodge has multiple accommodation options which include Ting Charm, ‘The lodge’ and ‘Florence’ the caravan. The shared places includes the pool/spa, gardens and lawns. Recreational equipment includes, bikes, paddle boards and canoe. Safety gear must be worn when using recreational equipment. Guests are welcome to walk through the farm, closing all gates that you open. Any equipment used ie: cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment, bbq, spa should be left in the condition found.
- PETS
- Pets are welcome but must be approved on booking. We are a working farm with sheep, alpacas and chooks but also have native wildlife that likes to visit.
- We request that pets must not be left alone throughout your stay, pets are supervised at all times indoor/outdoors and on lead when outdoors. Pets are not to go on any furniture or beds and owners are to clean up after their pets. A pet fee of $20 applies per stay due to additional cleaning requirements.
- FIRE PIT
- You are welcome to use the fire pit except on Total Fire Ban or high wind days. Wood is available for you to use sensibly.
- ADDITIONAL VISITORS
- Only guest booked to stay at Charm Lodge are permitted to be on the property. We are a no party venue (in accommodation spaces), but small gatherings/barbeques are permitted. Approval required by management for additional visitors coming on property. This is not applicable to function bookings.
- CHILD POLICY AND EXTRA PERSON POLICY:
- Charm Lodge welcomes children. Children aged 0 - 5 may share the existing bedding in any room with parents. No additional fees apply. We do not provide roll-a-way beds or cots.
- RATES AND INCLUSIONS:
- Rates quoted are per room per night in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST). A stay at Charm Lodge includes light continental breakfast.
- CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES:
- Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out time is 10am. Where possible, flexibility with early check-in and late check-out will be provided, however, these are unable to be guaranteed.
- DAMAGE:
- Any damage caused to the property will be charged for, including odours caused by smoking in rooms and damage caused by pets. Please communicate any accidental breakages.
- Consideration may be given for flexibility of any policy due to exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
