The ultimate farm stay Victoria getaway set on a peaceful 14-acre olive farmland and a 4-acre lavender farm in the lake districts of Swan Hill and Gannawarra Shire It is set on 130-acre farmland, where you can enjoy a walk around the property and see our lovely African daisies.
While sitting on the deck, enjoy some of our amazing local produce, season fruits, table olives, and platters while watching the magnificent sunsets.
Olive Grove Retreat 1 by Property Manager is located in the small town of Lake Boga, where you can partake in captivating craft classes, and farm tours and bond with our friendly farm animals. A snug tiny homelocated just 15 minutes away from Swan Hill, a town famous for its stone fruits, wineries, and the annual Swan Hill Food and Wine Festival which takes place on Labour Day’s Long Weekend in March.
What’s more, it’s one of the nearest Echuca Maoma accommodation that offers a range of exciting outdoor activities, including the Echuca Scenic Trails, Banuyle State Forest, and Echuca Paddle Steamer rides are all within an hour’s drive away.
It’s a 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages.
Guests will have access to the tiny house and all the grove, farmland, and farm shop. Except for the land host’s private residence and sheds. Please note that we have (2) other tiny homes on the property.
Guests can purchase supplies from the shop for breakfast, and lunch, picnic hampers, wine, and blankets on request. We also have lavender essential oil distilling, soap making, lavender wreath making, and other craft classes for everyone to enjoy.
If you’re interested in attending our local horse event, guests are welcome to bring their horses overnight to be stabled in the round yard.
Advisory: Temporary Check-In Update:
From October 20th to 28th, midweek check-in time will be from 4 PM due to tiny house availability. Weekend check-ins remain at the usual time of 2 PM. Thanks for your understanding!
By car:
By public transport: We would like to advise guests that there are no public transportations available that travel directly to our property. For easy access to nearby towns and attractions, we recommend a private vehicle/transport.

- Good mobile reception with Telstra and Optus
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Some spaces are shared as this is a working farm
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Free firewood for fire pit. Charcoal for BBQ grill is $20 per bag and paid directly to land host
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- No smoking allowed inside. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly.
- Our farm is completely and off-grid so make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers) to avoid running out of power at night.
Guest Advisory
- Pets are allowed by prior notice and should be kept on leash at all times. The full pet policies will be sent before arrival
- During the rainy season, if you’re bringing a pet, please remember to bring towels, shampoo, and other essentials for them,
- For all stays with check-ins from 28 April 2025 to 15 May 2025, check-in time will be at 4:00 PM and check-out time at 12:00 PM. We appreciate your kind understanding.
- Guests are advised to bring portable power banks, conserve energy during their stay, and charge phones and electronics in advance, especially in case of low-light days that may affect power supply.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
