Our waterfront condo is located on the 4th floor featuring 1800 sq ft and accommodating 10 lucky guests. Our bed layout offers a King size bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and a separate soaking tub. Second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and third bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway that the other two bedrooms share. This unit was recently completely remodeled with high-end everything including furniture, appliances, AC and heating systems, smart TVs in each room, patio furniture for guests to enjoy on the large balcony, and so much more! Harborview Grande is a newer condominium with elevator access, a heated pool and hot tub, and is just steps away from South Clearwater Beach. This property is located facing the canal/on the Intercoastal and is only a 3 minute walk to the sand. This pedestrian-friendly beach community offers everything from beach combing to water sports to food and live music. Fun-loving Clearwater Beach, often referred to as the "Best Beach Town in Florida," is where sun-seekers come to stay and play. This area is kid-friendly with mini golf, the beach, ice cream, and many fun activities all within walking distance. It offers a variety of delicious restaurants, upbeat bars, live music, and shopping, contributing to the overall energetic vibe of this area. The pedestrian-friendly Beach Promenade runs the entire length of the beach, acting as a sort of linear Central Park. Clearwater Beach comes alive year-round with activities and festivals. It is home to the much-loved Clearwater Marine Aquarium - movie site of A Dolphins Tale - and Pier 60 with nightly sunset celebrations. Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner’s use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone.
