Location: Riad Matias Gale benefits from an excellent location in the heart of a quiet residential area away from the buzz of Gale’s centre. Despite being back from the ‘main area’, you’ll never be far from the action as Riad Matias Gale is just a short walk away from all of your local amenities. Getting to and from the villa is also easy as can be, with the property being around a 35 minutes’ drive from Faro airport. For food shopping, your nearest supermarket is less than 10 minutes away and the town centre, with bars, restaurants, shops and the beach is also only around a 10 minute walk away. Gale offers plenty to see and do in the area with a cinema in town and attractions like Aqualand and prestigious golf courses less than 20 minutes away by car. Your nearest beach is Praia da Gale, a Blue Flag beach boasting beautiful golden sands and calm blue waters. This particular beach forms the top tip of a string of beaches that stretch for miles along the coastline which you can explore at your leisure during your stay. The capital of the Algarve, Albufeira, is also just a short hop away by car – taking less than 15 minutes to travel between the town and your villa.
