We are excited to offer this wonderful property, High Mountain Retreat, a premier property offered through Property Manager! This spectacular log cabin, nestled within the scenic Massanutten Resort, spans across four spacious levels and offers breathtaking mountain views. Recently updated, this luxurious retreat boasts modern finishes while maintaining its rustic charm. With 8 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, it accommodates large groups comfortably.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

Massanutten has numerous activities for your stay. The resort offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, etc. There is also an indoor water park that is sure to provide great memories. Wonderful restaurants and theaters are available within a 15-minute drive. Feel free to reach out to us about recommendations for your group! We do provide online guidebooks for our guests to enjoy our favorite spots and hidden secrets!

There is a $35/night pet fee PER pet which we will request separately. There is also a three night minimum for all weekends unless otherwise specified.
