Villa Sauce is a contemporary Ibicenco style home located in the midst of miles of green hills. The home is situated in the countryside of San Carlos with lovely vistas over the valley.
Outdoors, daybeds and white sun loungers dotted around the pool provide the ultimate sun catching spots. The pool itself is situated to admire wonderful views over the island while swimming.
The various outdoor seating areas boast cosy yet stylish sofas and make brilliant social spaces amongst the garden’s lush green hedges, imposing trees and immaculate lawns. Elegantly designed, the garden features stone steps on the lawn that connect all of the outdoor areas, including the pool, lounge and two verandas.
Guests can indulge in dining for ten in the garden. A large wooden table is surrounded by two rows of stylish straw chairs complete with deep purple cushions – casual dining can be enjoyed here.
After dinner, head to the relaxed exterior lounge, sheltered by a rustic wooden roof. This is the perfect space to sip on a cocktail or two.
Inside, the home benefits from a tasteful yet cosy and homely design. The plush kitchen features an elegant wine glass hanger attached to the ceiling as well as bar stools around the room’s island. This is a wonderful space to prepare and eat light meals and snacks.
All four bedrooms possess ensuites, offering ultimate privacy. They also come complete with large comfy beds, perfect for a serene night’s sleep.

Location:
The gorgeous village of San Carlos is just an 8-minute drive away and is known as a mecca for hippies and an authentic representation of Ibizan culture.
The village has been popular amongst hippie communities ever since the 60s and 70s and many of them live in old farmhouses or ‘fincas’ within the community. When visiting San Carlos, you’ll find that the hippies who call it home can usually be found at the legendary Anita’s Bar, a beautiful and traditional venue serving tasty Spanish cuisine.
Anita’s bar is where many locals go to collect their mail (the village doesn’t have a postal delivery service) and socialise. You can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner here in a lovely traditional setting.
The famous hippy market, Las Dalias is also located in San Carlos and opens every Saturday from ten in the morning until late at night. The stalls consist of gorgeous handmade ornaments, clothing and jewellery and on every visit, you’ll discover something new. In the summer, the market also opens on Monday nights.
Many islanders flock to Las Dalias for its range of live music played in the evenings. There’s always something exciting happening here so make sure you keep yourself posted on the market’s upcoming events.
Golfers must visit Golf Ibiza, which is a 30-minute drive away in Santa Eulalia. The lush and immaculate green golf course boasts two great courses perfect for both beginners and seasoned golfers.
