Nestled amongst a lush pine and eucalyptus forest, Villa Gris is a stunning modern villa filled with contemporary interior design. The large villa, which comfortably accommodates 8 guests, has separate suites where guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay.  On arrival, you’ll find the white glamorous exterior of Villa Gris continues throughout the home. From the entrance you are led into the dining area and living room, where you’ll find incredible views of the swimming pool and terrace. The spacious living area is equipped with a fireplace, flat screen satellite TV, DVD, Ipod connection and music system. The smart, quirky dining area seats 6 guests. From there you are led to the kitchen, which is filled with modern appliances, including fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, separate wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. Left of the entrance, there’s two double bedrooms, which have private access to the swimming pool. The first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, ideal for younger guests. Both bedrooms have stunning views of the sea, which will make it difficult to get out of bed in the morning! Two further bedrooms are found in their own separate suites, with private access from outside. Suite one is accessed from an outdoor staircase, which has its own large bathroom with a traditional cement stone bath tub. The double bedroom features a king sized bed, TV and a private rooftop terrace with stylish outdoor furniture, along with sea views. Suite two is on ground level and in a separate annex. The double bedroom has a king sized bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. Large glass sliding doors lead out to the terrace, allowing natural daylight to flood in. The pool area is a beautifully designed space, ideal for chilling out under the sun on comfy sun loungers alongside the infinity swimming pool (6m x 8m). The two chill-out areas are perfect spots for sunset spectators, with panoramic views of the islands of Conillera, S´Espartar and Es Vedrá. A five minute drive away, you’ll find some of Ibiza’s most prettiest beaches including Cala Tarida, Cala Moli and Cala Vadella. Sant Josep de sa Talaia is a perfect place to enjoy the beach, the area has more than any other municipal on the island. Cala Tarida is the longest and widest beach on the west coast of Ibiza; Cala Moli has its own private beach club; and Cala Vadella has plenty of water sport facilities and lots of cool beach bars. Sant Josep is with rich with cultural heritage, with many medieval churches to see, such as the Phoenician village of Sa Caleta, which has the UNESCO World Heritage designation. Be sure to visit Cova Santa cave, a beautiful natural grotto. Younger guests will also be pleased to know there are several riding schools in the area should they want a go at horse riding. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in Sant Josep should you want a night off cooking on the BBQ!
