Villa Marine is accessed by private electronic gates leading to its parking area and garden. It is fully harmonized with the natural environment, constructed with soil materials, without disturbing the natural landscape.

Villa Marine is ten minutes away from the charming village of Sivota, where you can find several restaurants, markets, and shops. Sivota is a beautiful village located on the South East coast, 30 km away from Lefkada town. It is one of the most well-known tourist destinations in Lefkada. It is usually quieter in the day with a lot of excitement at night. Sivota's charming harbor is ideal for an evening walk along the water or even for gazing at the boats in the beautiful scenery.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
