Iris Villas Lefkada are on a one-of-a-kind tranquil and isolated location on the edge of a mountain in Southeastern Lefkada’s cove, ten minutes away from the charming village of Sivota, where you can find several restaurants, markets, and shops. Sivota is a beautiful village located on the South East coast, 30 km away from Lefkada town. It is one of the most well-known tourist destinations in Lefkada. It is usually quieter in the day with a lot of excitement at night. Sivota's charming harbor is ideal for an evening walk along the water or even for gazing at the boats in the beautiful scenery.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
