These beautifully appointed waterfront homes, feature 12 bedrooms, 8.5 baths & allows you to enjoy all the Shenandoah River has to offer, all while enjoying the stylish and newly renovated accommodations in the home.

We allow pets but there is a $35/night per pet fee which we will request separately.
If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.
These expansive properties boast unbelievable space for your family and friends. Direct river access (both properties are riverfront and right next to each other) for tubing, kayaking, lounging, and fishing. this listing features two beautifully renovated homes, located side-by-side for ease and convenience of gathering while still providing space and privacy for multi-generational or large gatherings. The homes feature multi-acreage flat yards and heated pool (pool heat optional and additional fee) for outdoor relaxation. There is a screened-in gazebo with deck overlooking the Shenandoah River with stunning views and fishing adventures for days. We have a deck overlooking the river, front and back porch to take in the views, fire pit and easy access to all that Shenandoah Valley has to offer! The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.
