In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.
The fee of €2.00 included in the stay price applies to guests over the age of 13. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of 190€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
