In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax came into effect.
The €2.00 included in the total cost of the stay is applicable to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
In case you lose the key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price on request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, and monthly visits for this purpose are expected.
