In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.00, included in the price of your stay, applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the scheduled check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be applied after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of 230€ for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the excess.
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly inspections expected to take place.
