Welcome to Turner Round!
Turner Round is a newly renovated approximately 600 Sq Ft 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo that is located right in the heart of Tuscaloosa with easy access to all the best restaurants and entertainment! Located approximately 1.1 miles from Bryant Denny stadium and all your game day festivities! You will have access to the complex amenities, like a swimming pool, that is open seasonally. The condo is located directly across the street from the swimming pool and just down the road from the tennis courts.
The living, dining room and kitchen are an open concept which allows you to whip up some game day snacks while still being around the rest of the group! The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and supplies you will need to create the perfect meal! The living room has a plush couch and cozy recliner to watch the game or maybe cozy up during the colder months and turn on the fireplace.
The first bedroom has a Twin XL over Queen Bed with an en-suite half bathroom shared with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a Twin XL over Queen Bed and share an en-suite half bathroom with the first bedroom. There is a full bathroom with hallway access only. Both bedrooms have Smart TV’s to watch your favorite shows while relaxing after a busy day around T-Town!
Please be aware that if you book for longer than 30 days, and additional cleaning fees will be charged after the booking comes through. For an accurate quote, please book 30 days at a time.
This is a pet friendly property, but it must be requested and paid for after booking comes through. *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
This complex is near the railroad, but we do have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
