Welcome to Elegant Elephant!
This is a beautifully decorated 1 Bedroom (King Bed) and 1 Full Bathroom condo that sits almost in the shadow of Bryant Denny Football Stadium - just 2 short blocks away! Downtown and the famous Strip is also a short walk away from the condo. Pets are NOT allowed by guests, per condo regulations.
The Space:
If you are looking for a convenient and adorable place to stay, Elegant Elephant is it! When you walk into the condo, you step foot into the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen is open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a meal or tailgate snacks! Even though the space is compact and cozy, there is still a washer and dryer available for guest use!
The Bedroom & Bathroom:
There is one private bedroom with a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. There is a Queen pull out sofa in the living room. The sleeper sofa supplies are located in the footstool at the foot of the King bed.
The Balcony:
There is a wrap around balcony that overlooks the lively surrounding campus housing area with an award worthy view of Bryant Denny Stadium! Enjoy plenty of seating while taking in the Gameday and Campus atmosphere!
The Complex:
Upon arrival, you will have access to 1 parking spot only. There is one elevator for the complex. There is a concrete courtyard with some seating and corn hole boards!
We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*
*Parking is strictly enforced at this complex. A parking pass must be visible in your dashboard or you will be towed. One pass is provided in the unit for your use.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
