Urban Treetop Cottage is an adorable and efficient 1 bedroom 1 bathroom newly renovated house just 1.9 miles south of Bryant Denny Stadium!
The Area:
Urban Treetop Cottage is located in the heart of the Forest Lake area which has a private neighborhood lake and walking trail. Also, enjoy city vibes while walking to Midtown Village Shopping Center which is just steps away from the cottage. Midtown Village has a variety of shops, restaurants, salons, and entertainment as well as a playground!
The Bedroom/Bathroom:
There is a private bedroom sleeping up to 2 adults with a Queen sized bed and access to a private en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower.
The Space:
This charming space boasts a comfy sofa and leather recliner in the living room with a curved smart TV. There’s a desk area in case any remote work is necessary during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker and needed coffee supplies for a weekend, along with all the dishes and cooking items to easily accommodate four guests. The breakfast area has a dining table and seating for four. A washer/dryer unit and iron/ironing board are available for your use. There is a small front porch with a dining table with seating for four under a large umbrella along with a propane gas grill and a shaded backyard which also includes a gas fire pit and Adirondack seating for six - perfect for a game day Saturday or a relaxing afternoon. This is a pet friendly property and your well-behaved furry family member is welcome at Urban Treetop Cottage!
Parking:
Private parking is available right beside the cottage. **Please Note: This Urban Treetop Cottage is behind the Urban Retreat house. You’ll have your own private parking and private cottage but you will share a driveway with the Urban Retreat house.

*Please Note: Stairs Required to Entry Door. You must walk up a full set of stairs to reach the entry into this Urban Treetop Cottage. There is no elevator.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
