Casa Evita is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath beachfront house in Las Conchas with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. This beautiful house can be rented as a 4 or 3 bedroom. Master bedroom, on the west side facing the ocean, with Queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private entrance from the carport. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi. Bathroom 3 is handicap-ready with grab bars and no steps located in the hallway. Bedroom 4 is on the back and detached from the main house with 2 twin beds, full sofa bed, private bathroom and kitchenette. The main house living area, includes Wireless Internet, DVD, Flat screen Satellite TV with DirecTV, Phone, stereo, couch. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
