There is no door from staircase to bedroom.-Elevator is not for guest use-Garage is not for guest use-Due to continuous maintenance issues, only 1 side of the french patio doors is able to open.ATTENTIONThis home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.PARKINGThere is a large driveway at the front entrance of the main home (3rd story) capable of fitting 2 vehicles.
