This property contains wide gaps in the balcony and terrace railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 9 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. There is a ramp at the front of the property to access the pool area. There are a number of steps down to the pool area, whilst the pool itself has step access. The terrace consists of both crazy paving and lawn. This can be seen in the images. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 65cm, whilst the shower room door is also 65cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the bathroom door is 65cm wide.
