- Guests can access a small lake near the property. You can use small watercraft such as john boats, kayaks, and canoes on the lakes. Please be aware that vehicle access is not available for the last half mile to the lake. You will need to carry your watercraft for this distance. The lake is perfect for swimming and fishing, and picnic tables are available for your convenience.

- Internet Speed: While there is wifi available, it is very slow and unpredictable. Please note that this home is not suitable if you need reliable wifi for work.
- Cleaning fee: $405 Property Manager openly shares and posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation.
Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
