Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens - Internet Speed: 1 gig - Quiet Policy: This home is located in a private neighborhood. Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130, and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per booking party. Please note that although the yard is fenced, it is not completely escape-proof. Therefore, it is imperative that guests supervise their dogs at all times to prevent any escape attempts. It is mandatory for all guests to clean up after their dogs in the yard.
