Welcome to this beautiful Villa with a large garden and private pool located in the beautiful town of Corçà in the Empordà area.
The accommodation has been completely restored maintaining the charm of a large town house but guaranteeing all the comforts of a luxury Villa. Therefore it features independent air conditioning in each room, central heating and wi-fi internet throughout the house.
Guests can enjoy the entire house, distributed over 3 floors:
On the ground floor, we find the main living room with a large window overlooking the garden. It’s the perfect area to gather and relax, plus it has a modern fireplace perfect for enjoying that cozy fall and winter vibe.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- 1.1 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 16 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
