Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • 1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
  • 2. No walking around with shoes inside the apartment.
  • 3. No smoking inside the Apartment. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.
  • 4. No parties or events.. No commercial Photography is allowed neither video shooting. separate fee of $ 200 for commercial shoot or agree to use the commercial videos/pictures for our website or social pages)
  • 5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
  • 6. Quiet time after 11 p.m.
  • 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
  • 8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
  • 9. Kindly all deliveries and visitors are to be personally picked by the guest and visitors too escorted to the gate by the guest.
  • 10. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.
  • 11. No pets allowed.
  • 12. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
  • 13. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
  • 14. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
  • 15. Kindly remember the host has rights to admissions.
  • 16. Kindly Note any flowers, food and beverage in the photographs are for styling purposes only and not included in the unit. For Balcony views kindly enquire before making a booking. Otherwise all Balconies come with 2 chairs and a table.
