If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Stays of 60 days or longer will require an additional cleaning fee per additional month. Stays of more than 60 days will need to be approved by the agent/owner. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
