Escape the hustle and bustle here when you Wine Down at Eagles Nest! This newly built home (completed Spring 2024!) is the perfect retreat when you need a change of pace. Settle into the mountainside and unwind in this four bedroom custom built home.
Wine Down was professionally furnished & decorated with guests’ maximum comfort and enjoyment in mind. Step into the living room with massive cathedral ceilings, where plush seating surrounds a cozy gas log stone fireplace paired with a large smart TV. An open floor plan seamlessly transitions to the dining area and kitchen, expertly designed for culinary enthusiasts. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, custom cabinets, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a convenient beverage bar with a wine fridge nearby.
The King Suite is off the main living room. It features a smart TV and ensuite bath with a luxurious tiled shower, separate soaking tub, and double quartz vanities. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a smart TV. One room has a Queen bed and the other has a Queen & a set of twin/twin bunks, and between these two bedrooms is a full bath with a tub/shower. The fourth sleeping area is a bunk room in the lower level with two sets of twin bunk beds, smart tv, and a full custom bath with sink and shower off the hallway nearby.
In the second-floor loft, immerse yourself in a billiards dream with a pool table, foosball table, bar table seating, and a large smart TV. Slide open the barn doors to reveal the great room below and admire the breathtaking mountain view through the expansive windows.
In the lower level basement walkout, discover a movie and game room, featuring a Queen sofa bed, a large smart TV, and a rustic ping pong table crafted from concrete, steel, and an oak-wood look, ensuring hours of entertainment and enjoyment.
Experience the spacious outdoor double decks, unwind on the sofa set facing the stone fireplace featuring a mounted smart TV, or sway on the daybed swing. Indulge in the 8 person hot tub and savor meals prepared on the Weber gas grill. Ample outdoor seating, complete with a boulder fire pit, invites you to admire the breathtaking beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains in every season. Plus, bring your electric vehicle and recharge overnight with the Level 2 charger for added convenience.
Located in the Vineyard Reserve section of Eagles Nest, this home provides a private setting for enjoying nature and is located near the North Pavilion and Winery.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home allows up to two dogs for an additional rent of $50 per night per pet plus taxes. Mature, well-trained dogs, only.
- Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- A level 2 EV charger outlet (50 Amp) is available for guest use. Please bring your charging cable.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however, there may be an admission fee. Cash bar for food and drinks.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The TV services at this home are streaming-only.
- This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
