- This property is a luxury home, with high-end furnishings and finishes. For this reason, we ask that the home be respected as such and that any damage be reported immediately
- The property may not be suitable for children, as the interior stair railing may be unsafe, and the decks do not have railings
- This multi-level house requires 3 steps to enter. The garage entry, entry-level bathroom, and sauna are located on the ground floor. 16 interior stairs are required to access the main level, all bedrooms, and living areas
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the entry steps facing the front door, 1 camera is located above the front door facing the driveway, 1 camera is located on the southeast corner of the house facing the forest and side of the home, 1 camera is on the west deck facing over the hot tub towards the forest and 1 camera is in the garage. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video (no sound) continuously via an AI monitoring system
