Villa Timeout is located in the south-east of Cape Coral in a quiet and central location on a wide canal. Large palm trees adorn the property and a splashing fountain awaits you at the entrance. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes.
As soon as you enter the villa, you will feel at home. The large window fronts make the house bright and friendly and you have a great view of the outside area and the canal. Particularly noteworthy is the oversized south-facing terrace in XXL format, in which the crystal-clear pool is embedded, which can also be heated electrically. So nothing stands in the way of year-round swimming fun. Here you can swim your laps after an eventful day or spend a whole day on the terrace and really enjoy the Florida outdoor lifestyle. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
