This spacious stand alone home is perfectly placed only minutes from Big Sky Mountain Village, featuring a wide range of dining options, vibrant après ski, world-class shopping, and year-round local activities and events. Also, this home is only 45 scenic miles to the entrance of West Yellowstone, a must-see National Park destination. With space for everyone in your group, family-friendly features, and cozy corners to relax in, this retreat is the ideal home base for your next mountain adventure.
Step into the space and be greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings and large panoramic windows that showcase spectacular mountain vistas and fill the space with tons of natural light. The living area features plush seating, large flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace, the ideal spot to cozy up after a day full of adventure. The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wine fridge, and a dining table designed to easily seat eight with seating for four more at the breakfast bar. Whether you’re prepping a multi‑course feast or enjoying a casual brunch, this kitchen has all the amenities the chef in your group will need to whip up something fantastic! Adjacent to the dining area you’ll discover a cozy alcove, ideal for a pre‑dinner glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee. Step outside and find a large wrap around deck with outdoor seating options and a private bubbling hot tub. Outdoors you’ll also find a propane grill, a crackling fire pit, and a seasonal fun horseshoe pit.
Ready to rest easy? On the main level find the Primary King Suite complete with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, find two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom accessed through the hallway. Also upstairs find the multi-use loft, this area hosts board games, books, and a private office space, the perfect spot for remote work. Head down to the lower level and find another lounge area with a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bedroom with a Queen bed, two Twin beds, and two additional Twin trundle beds.
Additional amenities include a large mudroom for all your ski and outdoor gear, a full size washer & dryer, parking for up to four vehicles, and garage access with storage for bikes and skis. Whether you’re chasing powder turns, mountain summits, or summer trails, MVC Bear’s Lair is your home away from home!

Ski Access
Best for intermediate and expert skiers. The ski in and out are long and utilize several groomed real estate trails and real estate access lifts. Poling and skating will be necessary. Ski accessible. See This Map for Detailed Instructions
Ski In:
Exit left off of White Otter lift, and take the rope tow to Cascade Lift. At top of Cascade Lift, climb stairs, turn left and follow trail about 500yds along Beehive Basin road. Detailed directions at home and on map link.
Ski Out:
Swift Bear Rd 75 yds past first house.
Follow trail downhill, through tunnel to White Otter
Exit left off of White Otter lift, and take immediate first right cat track to Mountain Village
