Welcome to your beach-life home-away-from-home in Surfside Beach! This charming retreat offers private walk-over beach access, breathtaking ocean views, and is just a 5-minutes from Surfside. Enjoy the serene ambiance from your balcony, complete with picturesque views. Inside, unwind in the comfort of our living room, or any of the three king beds (plus a bunk). You’ll have access to the entire house. I won’t be present in the area during your stay, but we are available 24/7 via chat or text if you need us! WATER QUALITY Our entire town relies on well water, which tends to be very hard. We have equipped the home with a whole-home water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system under the sink. Despite these measures, you might occasionally notice a slight smell or color in the water. We recommend bringing bottled water and ice for your convenience. DEHUMIDIFIER Given our beachfront location, we have installed a dehumidifier to enhance your comfort. We suggest keeping it on and set to "auto" mode throughout your stay. HOUSE ACCESS Please note that the house is elevated on tall stilts, requiring stairs for access. On particularly windy days, the wind may be more noticeable. PETS We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Property Manager will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones. If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet. DISCOUNTS We run last-minute bookings, midweek specials, and long-stay discounts. RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS We’re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded. If booking with a credit card that doesn’t match the guest name, you’ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled. CANCELATION POLICY: The cancelation policy, and how it will apply to your trip, will be clearly shown in the page “Confirm and Pay” prior to completing your reservation. We highly suggest you read the cancelation policy, which applies for both cancelations, and change of dates. In that same page you’ll have the option to add trip insurance, which we always recommend!
