Welcome to the impeccably renovated Pearson House, where historic charm meets modern luxury. Designed by professional interior designer, Megan Hart, this property will meet design lovers’ high expectations.
Enter through the grand foyer into a formal living room adorned with a Lulu & Georgia couch and antique furnishings, perfect for unwinding in front of the TV. Adjacent is the vibrant game room featuring a central pool table and a bar area with stools for socializing.
From here, explore the inviting library stocked with books and a Six Penny couch, or dine in elegance in the spacious formal dining room, seating 14 guests comfortably. The dining room seamlessly connects to the fully equipped kitchen via a servery stocked with fresh coffee beans, K-cups, Nespresso pods, and a variety of sweeteners and creamers. Tea and hot chocolate are also provided for your enjoyment.
The kitchen itself is a chef’s delight, complete with everything needed for culinary creations, along with a cozy dining table and a charming reading nook overlooking the serene backyard and waterfront. A convenient half bath completes the first floor.
Upstairs, discover five meticulously appointed bedrooms, each boasting hotel-quality bedding for a restful night’s sleep. Two beautifully renovated full bathrooms offer designer finishes and amenities.
On the third floor, find a serene bedroom with water views, alongside a luxurious movie theater room featuring eight reclining chaise lounge chairs and a large projector screen. The neighborhood is very friendly--our neighbors are aware of the property being OTA and are excited to have visitors in the area.
I’d recommend having a vehicle with you, but there is also Uber and Lyft available. As well as Instacart, which allows you to spend more time at the house than at the grocery store.
PETS
Pets are welcomed at a $75/per pet, per stay.
PONTOON
The pontoon rental is $200 per day. If you wish to rent the pontoon, we will send a request for the rental amount and a rental contract after booking. A $500 refundable deposit will be collected. (The pontoon boat is available for rent from Memorial Day weekend (last weekend of May) til October 1st, weather-permitting)

We’re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn’t match the guest name, you’ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
