Families with young ones will appreciate the convenience of a Pack ’n Play for your little travelers.
OUTDOOR OASIS
Step onto the covered porch and in the serene surroundings. Take a seat in the outdoor seating area and watch the stars come out around the fire pit. Children will have a blast playing on the playset and in the sandbox.
BBQ GRILL
Wood pellet BBQ grill. We do not provide supplies for it, please bring yours.

Indoors, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space with a Smart TV for entertainment, a dining table for the best meals, and comfortable sofa seating. Children’s toys are available to keep the little ones engaged. The custom woodwork and luxury furniture add a touch of elegance.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The well-appointed kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, spices, toaster, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, and even a high chair.
GENERAL
Ceiling fans keep the space comfortable year-round, and we provide all the linens and towels. There’s a washer/dryer for your convenience, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, and hangers.

Park up to 5 vehicles in the spacious driveway, and if you have an electric vehicle, we’ve got you covered with an EV charger.

PETS
We allow up to 2 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Property Manager will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
Dogs over 50lb are not allowed.

RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS
We’re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn’t match the guest name, you’ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
