Situated on an end lot in Moonlight Basin, Big Sky, this home offers privacy, comfort, and, at 2,355 sq ft, loads of well-appointed living space for your whole group. A warm mix of western mountain décor and old warm charm is found throughout the home. The great room is spacious, yet cozy with a crackling wood fireplace and perfectly framed views of the Montana alpenglow over mountains.
Many vacation memories are made around a shared meal and whether you’re dining inside or out, cooking for a group is a breeze. The modern kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances and all the amenities you can think of and an outdoor BBQ grill is perfect for warmer evenings. The wrap-around deck makes for awesome entertaining and fun aprés ski sessions in the hot tub.
Gambler comfortably sleeps 8 in three elegant and beautifully decorated bedrooms and a bonus loft space. Two en-suite king rooms are on the lower level and open onto a patio, with a queen bedroom on the main level. You’ll feel like royalty in the master bedroom, beautifully furnished with a stone-clad fireplace and all the comforts of home. The best way to end a Big Sky day.
Perched on the sunny slopes in Cowboy Heaven, Moonlight Mountain Homes have direct ski access to the Moonlight and Madison Base areas and are a lift ride away from endless Big Sky outdoor activities. Your luxurious mountain home is beautifully secluded yet only a couple minutes from world-class amenities, a ten-minute drive to Big Sky’s hub Mountain Village, and a 45-minute scenic drive to the geological wonders of West Yellowstone.
SKI ACCESS
Adjacent to easily accessible Moonlight Basin ski runs, ski access from your Moonlight Mountain Home is a given and suitable for both snowboarders and skiers. The Moonlight Basin lifts are scheduled open early to mid December with no ski access prior to lift opening.
Ski Out:
There are two options. 1. Step out the front door and go to the right. Walk up the snowbank and cat track to Cinnabar down to 6 Shooter and the Madison Base, or groomed trail over bridge to Iron Horse. 2. Step out the front door and go to the left. At the end of the street hop onto Gambler Trail. This will take you onto Powder River trail down to Iron Horse Lift.
Ski In:
From the top of Iron Horse lift or Six Shooter, take Cinnabar down. You will end up directly in front of the house. You can also head straight to the home from Pony Express lift. Take a right when you get off the chair, cross Powder River trail and stay up high to head under the skier bridge. This will take you directly to the front of the house.
