OVILIO Kalamata is a deluxe villa which has been recently completed and is located 50m (2min walk) from Kalamata beach and close to the most popular beach bar and taverns on Navarinou. Roof terrace with amazing views of the mountain and the Messinian bay. Up to 6 guests can stay here each (3 private bedrooms) with each private ensuite/bathroom. Ideal for families or a group of friends, function large kitchen with large bench and dining table for 6 people and a75inch TV with a large luxury sofa.
The spaces are all finished in natural sand tones with an emphasis on slow living and calmness. Luxury furniture and high quality beds to ensure the entire stay is comfortable.
The entire house is available to the guests to enjoy.....multiple balconies and roof large roof terrace are presented with tables and chairs to enjoy the sun and the views.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
