The Neighborhood
This apartment is located in an excellent area — in fact, in the 17th district of Vienna. In the neighbourhood, you will find many different restaurants and cafes which you can choose according to your taste. Also generally the transport system in Vienna is very comfortable so that you won't struggle from a long way from point A to point B. Here is an overview of the means of transport in the area of the apartment: -> 15 min. to Schottentor -> 18 min. to city hall (Rathaus) -> 23 min. to Parlament -> 25 min. to the Museum Square -> 28 min. to Prater Park -> 30 min. to Stephansplatz As for shopping, there is an Interspar and Hofer (supermarkets) right near the corner, so there won't be any problem carrying heavy bags through the city. Please note that on Saturday, all shops and supermarkets in Vienna close earlier than during the working days and are closed on Sunday. An exception is BILLA at Praterstern and SPAR at the central train station: Hauptbahnhof. If you would like to take a breath of fresh air, you can go on the walk in the park, which your apartment is located right next to (Pezzlpark). The other perfect option to enjoy the nature, go for a walk and take a breath of fresh air is Prater Hauptallee; the 4.4 kilometres of dead-straight paths between the multiple rows of chestnut trees are always an excellent place to get some fresh air. But if you would like to explore the city, the transport system will help you make it happen quickly, bringing you to any point on a map of the city in a short time. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Pet Policy: staying with any pets is prohibited.
- Data Protection Declaration and Data Protection Consent:
- According to Austrian law, as a real estate management company, we must collect the personal information of our guests.
- After booking the apartment, you will receive a link with a digital form. We kindly ask you to provide us with your personal data.
- The above-specified data is required for an official and lawful report of guests and will be forwarded to local councils and the tourism association. For the registration, we will refer your data to our business associate. As the main traveler or tour guide, you must declare that this information has been passed on to fellow travelers, for obtaining their consent. You have the right to revoke the hereby communicated data protection regulation in written form until 12 h before the planned arrival day. Without revocation, you have agreed to our data protection declaration policy.
