Hello!Sergio and Carmen here!We rent our apartment in Otañes, ’43B Nature Apartment’ ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility.However, it is located 10 minutes by car from Castro-Urdiales, 25 minutes from Bilbao, 45 minutes from Santander and 70 minutes from Donostia - San Sebastián by the Cantabrian A-8 motorway.Otañes is a quiet town located in a green valley. It belongs to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, located in the north of Spain.It is surrounded by natural paths which can be covered on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback. There are several beaches at your disposal, located in Castro-Urdiales, Mioño, Oriñón and Laredo. Mountain enthusiasts can also find their space in the different and varied existing routes.It has an equestrian school, for horse lovers, located in Mioño.In the apartment, you can find:On the ground floor: The American kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and washing machine, 1 toilet and the living room, with plasma TV and DVD and with a large window with mountain views.On the first floor: 2 single rooms, 2 double rooms (with TV) and two bathrooms.The apartment has a free WIFI network, essential today.It also has a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector.The apartment is equipped with alarm system (Securitas Direct) for the protection of people and equipment.In the square where the apartment is located you can park for free.:)
