Welcome to Greene Gables, a charming retreat located in the quiet town of Avery, CA, perfectly situated between the towns of Arnold and Murphys! This cute cabin offers a cozy setting with 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large loft/game room - making this ideal for families or small groups of up to 10 guests. The main floor includes the living room with vaulted ceilings and a wood stove, the dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Upstairs is a large loft/game room (complete with tons of games and toys) that doubles as a third bedroom, along with the second full bathroom. Enjoy mornings sipping coffee and afternoons dining al fresco on the deck - there’s also a fire-pit for nights of relaxation and conversation. The backyard is a haven for families, featuring a play area where children can explore while you unwind in the tranquil surroundings. Stay comfortable year-round with mini-splits in all rooms for air and heat. Greene Gables is your home away from home, offering comfort and fun in a beautiful mountain setting as you explore Calaveras County. You’ll be in close proximity to all our area has to offer including Bear Valley Ski Resort, Big Trees State Park, the Arnold Rim Trail, as well as wine tasting, shopping, dining, hiking, and more! Greene Gables sleeps up to 10 guests in 2 bedrooms plus the loft. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor with a King bed. Bedroom 2 is also located on the main floor with a Queen bed. Upstairs, the loft/game room features 2 sets of bunk beds (total of 4 Twins) as well as a Full Futon for extra sleeping options. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and another full bathroom upstairs. Laundry is on the main floor.
