Our 2-bedroom apartment is located in a recently constructed residence. It would be perfect for families and group of friends who want to explore Malaga from a relaxing apartment.
Located a few minutes on foot from the historic center and its main attractions: Calle Larios, the Cathedral, Plaza de la Merced with numerous bars and restaurants nearby.
Our 66 m² apartment has been carefully designed for your comfort, offering a bright and cozy space for an unforgettable stay.
It features two bedrooms with double beds (150x190 cm), dressed with high-quality bed linen. The modern bathroom is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with appliances, utensils, and crockery—perfect for preparing your favorite meals.
Just in front of the apartment, you’ll enjoy a private terrace, a perfect spot for dining or relaxing outdoors. Please note the terrace is located outside the apartment, just a few steps from the door.
Additional amenities include a baby cot (free, on request and subject to availability), and a high chair available upon request.

Everything is accessible within walking distance. Indeed, you are 15 minutes away from the main street Calle Larios, 7 minutes away from la Plaza de la Merced, and about 19 minutes away from the central beach La Malagueta.
You can get to the apartment building by car or taxi. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. The main train and bus station is 30 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-50 min.
There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Atlántida is just 2 minutes away on foot. We can also offer you to book a spot in the parking garage nearby after you make a reservation.
- Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.
- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021).
When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
