Open and taking reservations! The resort fee will be waived until October 31, 2024
- Power, water, and sewer are fully restored
- No elevators available, stairs only
- Pool is in the process of repair
- We welcome recovery workers and displaced locals needing temporary housing
We are working to reopen amenities for our guests as soon as possible.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- One assigned parking pass per reservation No additional parking is available, however, metered lots are available nearby.
- No box trucks or trailers
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am - no smoking off balcony or in room
- Check-in time is at 4:00pm Check-out time is at 10:00am Minimum check-in age is 25 or older
- Valid photo ID and credit card are required
- Security Deposit of $100/stay is refundable on check-out and inspection of the room
- No pets allowed No smoking even from the balcony
