The living room area is furnished with a large flat-screen TV and an inviting luxury leather couch with lounge chairs. The 2.5 bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps and hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of a home, such as a Mr. Coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, a hand blender, plates, mugs, glasses, a granite breakfast bar, and a kitchen table to fit a large family. The easy-loading dishwasher and microwave make your stay carefree and efficient. If you rather eat out than in, there are plenty of great restaurants located nearby. There is also a front-loading washer and dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board provided for your convenience during your stay! You will also enjoy the private garage and additional parking spot in front. Coral Ridge is a quiet community mostly made up of retirees and frequently rented townhomes. Just north of St. George, UT proper, Coral Ridge is in the heart of red rock country with both local restaurants and big box stores. Each townhouse has 2 parking spaces, and there are a few unreserved spaces around the pool house and corners of the neighborhood. There is no street parking in the community. It is not allowed by our HOA’s bylaws (but more importantly, no room on the streets), and neither are trailers, RVs, boats, or other recreational vehicles. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
