Welcome to SeaHaunts 1A -- a beautiful modern and updated Gulf-front townhome nestled in a quiet section of Blue Mountain Beach right off 30A. This 4-bedroom, 3 bath unit boasts breathtaking views with direct access to the sugar white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.
The first level has a bunkroom, plus a bedroom with full bath with shower. Easily walk out to the beach path from here. The deck also includes a gas grill and shower. The second floor is a beautifully decorated living room that opens to an amazing kitchen to prepare vacation meals - all with stunning Gulf views. Behind the kitchen you’ll also find a 2nd full bath. Up next on the third floor you’ll find a spacious master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with a private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
