The 2nd bedroom hosts a comfortable queen bed, freshly built-in twin bunks with reading lights, built-in closets, a 40” TV, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains and a private bath. In additional, a dual built-in bunk with reading lights and electrical outlet conveniently installed by its shelf headrest, is located in the hallway. The pillow top mattresses on hallway bunks are comfortable but narrower (78”x 27”) than regular twin size. An elegant built-in hall tree organizer with drawers, shelves, bench, hooks and a closet is right across from it; and completes the available sleeping quarters, all with custom bedding. Beach inspired décor is visible throughout the property. Located on the south side of Highway 30A, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool and private gated beach entrance. You’ll enjoy swift access to the private white sand beach and turquoise waters. An initial Property Manager signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
