The Home
This Flexhome is located in the historic Pabst bottling department and features original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine.
The space:
HVAC systems are controlled by the building’s management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. A space heater and room fan are also provided for convenience.
Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we’ve still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
- 2. No smoking ($150 fee)
- 3. Quiet time after 10pm
- 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
- 5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
