<p>Welcome to Villa Agudin, a large five-bedroom property within the popular resort of Calpe. Ideal for families who want extra space, this villa compromises two apartments, with a kitchen and lounge on both the ground floor and first floor. Inside, the villa is homely, with beamed ceilings, white-washed walls, and soft furnishings. On the ground floor, we find two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, whilst the first floor features three bedrooms, another kitchen and cosy living room. The views from the upper terrace are magnificent, as you look across the rooftops, with the sea in the distance and magnificent views of the Penon de Ifach rock, Calpes famous rock. This is a great spot for your morning cup of tea or light lunches in the shade. </p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
