About the area
To the west of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the 7th arrondissement is one of the most bourgeois in Paris. It can also be called the museum district as it alone houses the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée du Quai Branly, the Musée Rodin, and the Musée Maillol. In addition, there are private mansions, historic monuments, luxury shops, the Ecole Militaire, the Hotel Matignon, the National Assembly, the Place du Palais-Bourbon, and... the EIFFEL TOWER. It is undoubtedly thanks to (or because of) these luxurious monuments that it is the wealthiest district in the city. Around Rue du Bac, the pleasant Sèvres-Babylone neighborhood is full of fine shops and high-fashion or ready-to-wear boutiques.
Food enthusiasts will be delighted by the variety of restaurants nearby. Here are some recommendations for the best restaurants near the apartment :
- Le Petit Cler
- Di Felice
- Marlon
- Le Roussillon
You will find everything you need within walking distance of your apartment. From traditional bakeries to local grocery stores to clothing and décor shops, everything is within reach to make your stay convenient and enjoyable.
