This stunning newly renovated 2-bedroom condo located in the heart of River Run Village is a short 2 minute walk to the gondola, and has many great community amenities. The entryway is equipped with a nook where you can store all of your outdoor gear. After a long day of activities, cozy up in front of the roaring gas fireplace or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently upgraded with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous backsplash. The dining table seats 4 people comfortably with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the private patio situated off of the living area. The patio boasts stunning views of the ski slopes and River Run Village.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, and a flat screen TV. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

This complex is just five miles southwest of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area if you’re interested in a change of scenery. You’ll also be only eight miles east of downtown Dillon, the shores of Lake Dillon (where you can rent kayaks and pontoon boats in summer), and the Outlets at Silverthorne.
