Come home to an elegant space positioned right in the heart of Missoula’s University District. This newly completed 4 bed, 3 bath home offers top of the line furnishings, appliances and finishes. Inside, there is a large entertainment area with a wet bar and dinette. The large kitchen/dining room is perfect for cooking for a large group or family. Outside, you’ll find plenty of outdoor seating and bbq grill area. Close to downtown and the Washington Griz Stadium.
As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.
Parking is around the back in the alley. 2 spots available under the covered parking and a third in front of the garage. Please do not block the adjacent covered parking. If there is a 4th vehicle please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide a guest pass. No parking on the street in front of the home between 8-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, as the University of Montana tows in this residential district. The guest parking pass is available for use during the time frame listed above (there is a 4 hour max). We can provide a map from the city that highlights no-citation parking areas within walking distance of the home if you will need additional parking.

Within walking distance of the UM campus and the Liquid Planet Grille. Quick access to downtown Missoula and I-90. 13 minutes from the Missoula Airport. 20 minutes to the Blackfoot and Bitteroot Rivers. 2 1/2 hours from Glacier National Park.
With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
Inside, you will find top of the line furnishing and finishes, along with spaces to entertain, dine and relax. On the main floor, you will find a large kitchen and dining area as well as a tea table with views of the University. A large couch fills the entertainment room alongside a wet bar with wine cooler. The laundry room, guest bath and main level bedroom are also located on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the master suite and two guest rooms with private vanity/sinks and the shower and tub in "Jack and Jill" style. Outside on the front deck there is a large outdoor sofa for relaxing on warm sunny days. Out back there is outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for guest use.
